Online PCI Students Registration procedure in Pharmacy Council of India Website DIGI- PHARMed

PCI launched a new Portal called DIGI-PHARMed in 2020 to facilitate the online registration for Pharmacy Students ( D Pharm, B Pharm, M Pharm , Pharm D etc.) Faculty of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Institutions and PCI inspectors.

If you are a pharmacy student from India, its important you to register with PCI-Pharmacy Council Website. We detailed the registration procedure for students with DIGI-PHARMed

Common Instructions: Before start to fill the form

1. Make sure that you have your Institution Passcode before you start this registration process. (Ask your college administration or Pharmacy College Principal to provide it)

2. You need a valid email id, profile picture, your identity card (Passport or Ration Card or Aadhaar can be used for this purpose) Courses completion certificates can also be uploaded if applicable.

3. Keep your files Ready only as an Image Files (JPEG, PNG, JPG etc.) And make sure that your file size is not exceeding 1 MB in size.

4. If Diploma Certificate is requested, please upload your +2 Mark statement in the required section.

Note : Your Pharmacy College Institutional Passcode information you can get it from your college administration /Principal. Also remember that you can't change your email id once it's registered so make sure that you are providing a valid email ID for registration.

Step -2 Fill the details as requested in the form

Select Your Role as "Student"

Step-3 Login the Portal : After your registration log in with your "Username" and "Password" and you can find Login button on the taskbar of this page : https://dgpm.nic.in/


Step- 4 Update Your Student Profile

After your successful registration it's important to update your student profile information that includes your profile picture, address, contact information, and other personal information which is requested.




Step- 5 Choose the course

Once you updated your profile information, next find "Choose the Course" tab on the left side next to your profile information tab. Make sure all the mandatory information are filled as requested.

When all the information are entered your registration will be approved by your Admission Officer and Head of the institution. Check the approval status at the bottom of your report. If your status is pending the means may be the information which you entered is wrong.

Make sure that you log out your session once updated to avoid unwanted privacy issues. Keep your Username and Password safe for accessing the portal in the future. If diploma certificate is requested kindly upload your +2 certificates as an alternative. Also note that your registration will not be considered without completing your course details information.

In case if you forget the password Click Here and provide your registered Email ID to generate a New Password for your account.
